Shipping & Delivery
Every purchase is screened by SagePay for fraud to protect the cardholder. If your transaction passes the fraud screening process and providing the items are in stock at the time we receive your order, the goods will be dispatched in 3 to 10 working days. Delivery is performed by a number of approved  couriers. Some items are made to order and will usually arrive within 28 days. We will not be responsible for the consequences (direct or indirect) for failure to deliver a shipment by a stipulated date or time. 

Once goods have been collected by the supplier's courier, we have no control over the delivery service.

Certain territories may be subject to additional shipping charges. This includes parts of Scotland and Ireland. We will contact you to confirm any additional charges.


Privacy & Security
We do not store your credit card details. At the checkout your card details are securely passed to SAGEPAY, who then authorise your credit card. Their security protocols ensure that no one else obtains access to your credit card details.We will never ask you to confirm any credit card details via email or telephone. This ensures that your personal and transactional information is protected to the highest standards.

Bespoke & Custom Orders
Due to these items being specifically manufactured to your requirements these fall outside our normal T&C's and cannot be returned or refunded.  

Risk
The risk in goods sold to the Client shall pass to the Client so that the Client is responsible for loss, damage or deterioration of the goods or a part thereof at the time of delivery.

Inspection
The customer shall inspect the goods at the place and time of receipt but nothing in these Terms shall require the customer to break packaging and / or unpack goods.

The customer must advise us by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, of any claim for short delivery or damage goods.

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage including without limitation loss of profit, of use, or of contracts arising out of the supply or failure of supply of goods (other than liability for death and personal injury resulting from the negligence of the Supplier) and whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.  In all other cases liability shall be limited to the contract price.

If the customer does not give notice within 24 hours the goods will be deemed to have been delivered in the quantities shown in the delivery documents and the customer shall not be entitled and will irrevocably and unconditionally waive any right to reject the goods or claim any damages whatsoever for short delivery howsoever caused.

Our liability for short delivery is limited to making good the shortage.
